It works by colleagues picking stock for a customer order and delivering it. Due to the success of this service we asked for volunteers in the community by using our community board. People had to leave their phone number to volunteer.
The local rugby club, Burry Port RFC, heard about our call to arms and have supported us with 50 volunteers of their own. With their help, and other volunteers from the community, we’ve been able to deliver to 70 households every week since lockdown begun.
