Macaulay College is a social enterprise. We help young adults who have social and educational needs. We provide activities that encourage them to have fulfilling work and social lives.

We’re located on Macaulay Farm. This means the students can enjoy looking after a variety of animals and growing produce. They make jams and chutneys to sell along with our eggs and crafts.

We've stayed open throughout the pandemic. One parent said this has been "essential for the wellbeing of our son."

We offer small teamwork and one-to-one support in a safe, socially-distanced environment. Day service runs five days every week from 9am to 3.20pm. One-to-one support is available every day of the week. Referrals come through departments for education and social work.

Paul Neilson, Community Learning Disability Nurse said, "Macaulay College provides an essential service. Your support has been vital in supporting peoples’ mental health during a very difficult time."

Next, we aim to raise funds to adapt and extend our building. This will allow us to support more students and meet more needs.
