Celebrating a community garden and the platinum jubilee

Lyme Regis Community Support has now added a community garden with the help of Lyme Regis Town Council.
We grow vegetables, fruit for residents and supply the local food bank too. We’re growing pumpkins for the children for Halloween.
The garden is set in our local beautiful Langmoor Gardens. The gardens are owned and beautifully looked after by our council gardeners.
Lyme Regis just had a wonderful platinum jubilee celebratory weekend with Torch Light Procession. The new mayor and her husband lit a beacon, the BBC Big Band played on a stage on the beach and the celebrations ended with a wonderful firework display. Well done Lyme Regis.
