Enjoy our all female cardio cricket which is made up of 2 parts.
We have beginner fitness fun with cricket-related exercises then we play some enjoyable games of cricket.
It's a great place to socialise and meet new people as well as hear about lots of similar projects going on.
The sessions are comfortable, welcoming and safe.
These sessions will help you become physically active. They'll also have immediate and long term health benefits.
