Come along and enjoy our boxing classes which aim to help women relieve stress and pent up aggression.
Our boxing for fitness class will teach you boxing techniques like how to throw a punch correctly, in combinations and with power.
It will also involve HiiT circuits to build strength and condition the body using weighted exercises.
All fitness levels are welcome. All we expect is you are up for a challenge and want to have fun.
