Work out without the worry of childcare.

  • Bring children from 6 weeks to 4 years old+
  • Exercise adaptations to suit your fitness and the age/development of your child
  • Classes are 45 minutes long with a mixture of cardio and body weight exercises where you can bond with your child at the same time and use them as a weight
  • Post-natal specialists and trained in safe babywearing

Community benefit

  • Supports the mental or physical health of a community through wellbeing activities
  • Provides a chance to socialise and make new friends from the local area
