Enjoy a guided meditation class.

45 minutes for yourself. Take time out to reconnect your mind and body.

Please wear clothing you are comfortable sitting and lying down in, and also bring cushions and blankets for comfort.

  • Leave feeling relaxed and calm
  • Learn skills to use whenever you're feeling overwhelmed
  • Relaxed class, suitable for all adults, whatever your meditation experience level
