Dancing Chairs:

  • is exercise that can be done sitting or standing
  • gives step by step instructions before the music starts
  • uses routines designed to improve your balance, co-ordination and create a better awareness of your body
  • is sponsored by Parkinsons UK, Trafford

Coffee and tea will be provided after each session.
