We understand that people start at different levels so we encourage new starters and will try and help each other.
Wednesday runs are usually trail and mud running over the hills surrounding Bollington.
The hills can be tough but never fear, no-one is ever left behind as we run with regular stops to regroup.
Come along and discover paths and trails you might never knew existed.
